For dental practices · in testing now

An AI receptionist for your practice’s website.

Our first build is for dental practices. It answers patients on your website chat from information you approve, takes appointment requests and passes anything clinical or urgent to your team.

Built around your business.

Example · fictional
  1. Patient: Hi, do you have anything for a check-up next week? I’m a new patient.

  2. Assistant: Hi, I’m Niamh, the practice’s AI assistant. We’d be glad to see you — a new-patient check-up takes about 30 minutes. Which day suits you?

  3. Patient: Tuesday morning if possible.

  4. Assistant: No problem — I’ll pass Tuesday morning to the team so they can confirm a time. What’s the best number for you?

  5. Patient: Aoife, 087 000 0000

  6. Assistant: Thanks, Aoife. The team will ring you to confirm your check-up.

Appointment request captured. The practice confirms the time with Aoife.

What it does

Helpful to patients. Answerable to your team.

It answers

  • Opening hours, location, parking and access
  • Whether you’re taking new patients — your call
  • Fees you publish for common treatments
  • PRSI and medical card questions, from answers you approve
  • What a check-up or hygiene visit involves, in general terms

It captures

  • Name and the best way to reach them
  • New or existing patient
  • The kind of appointment, in general terms — not clinical detail
  • Preferred days and times

It passes to your team

  • Appointment requests, ready for reception to confirm
  • Urgent call-backs — dental pain, swelling, an injury — marked as urgent
  • Questions it couldn’t answer from what you approved
  • Anyone who asks to speak to someone at the practice

Where it stops

Anything clinical goes to a person.

It’s open about being an AI assistant from the first reply. If someone describes a medical emergency, it tells them to ring 112 or 999.

It won’t

  • Give clinical advice, diagnose or suggest treatment
  • Ask for medical history in the chat
  • Book, move or cancel appointments itself — reception confirms
  • Promise an emergency slot your team hasn’t released

Dental FAQs

What practices ask us first.

Something we haven’t covered? Ask us directly.

Is it available for dental practices now?
It’s in testing. The dental version for website chat is our first build, and we’re testing it before it goes live with practices. Ask for a demo to see it with your practice’s details.
What happens if a patient describes dental pain?
It doesn’t give clinical advice. It takes their details, marks the request as urgent for your team and shares the out-of-hours information you approve. If someone describes a medical emergency, it tells them to ring 112 or 999.
Does it book appointments?
Not directly. It takes an appointment request with the details reception needs, and your team confirms the time with the patient.
How is patient information handled?
It asks only for what a request needs — name, contact details and the kind of appointment in general terms — never medical history. Before any real patient data is handled, we put a data processing agreement in place with you.
Can it answer PRSI and medical card questions?
Yes, from answers you approve — for example whether you see medical card patients. If the answer isn’t there, it says so and takes the details for your team.

Always ready. To answer.
